Cultural and creative parks are the essential supporting elements of concentration and development of cultural and creative industries. Construction of cultural and creative parks facilitates cluster development，business incubation，business incubation，and talent recruitment. And it plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of cultural and creative industries. This study focuses on the development mode of Balitang cultural and creative parks，which is factory renovation plus concentration of park areas plus exhibition economy，and offers suggestions for its future direction from the perspectives of innovative industry，chain-like development，integrated innovation and talent cultivation.
