本报告的志愿服务组织以重庆市渝北区志愿服务“愿为”、“能为”和“可为”的“三为”体系为例,契合志愿服务运行中的目标推广机制、运转培育机制、激励保障机制及检验评价机制,以期志愿服务工作的各个主体、各个环节有效衔接、“闭环运行”。简要阐述了“三为”志愿服务体系的发展前景及其在全国的借鉴价值。
<<This report takes Chongqing Yubei District voluntary service system of “may-can-could” as an example,corresponding to the operational target mechanism,cultivating mechanism,incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism. It also can fit in the operation of voluntary service,every subject of voluntary service,effective convergence in different stages and “closed-loop operation”. Finally,it briefly expounds the prospects for the development of the “may-can-could” voluntary service system and its great value for reference.
