近年来，中国志愿服务事业快速发展，其中企业志愿服务作为志愿服务领域一支快速增长的力量，也越来越受到社会各界的关注。一方面，企业越来越重视志愿服务，员工参与志愿服务的比例不断增高；另一方面，政策对企业员工参与志愿服务的要求越来越规范，社会对企业员工参与志愿服务的要求也越来越高。因此，需要持续了解和掌握中国企业志愿服务的发展现状。
<<In recent years，with the rapid development of Chinese volunteer service，corporate volunteering as a growing force is getting more and more attention from the society. On the one hand，corporates pay more and more attention to volunteer service，and the proportion of employees participating in volunteer service keeps increasing. On the other hand，the policy requirement on employees participating in volunteer activities is becoming more standard，and the demand from the society is getting higher. Therefore，it is necessary to keep realizing the development of Chinese corporate volunteering.
Since 2013，Horizon Corporate Volunteer Consultancy has been conducting the research on Chinese corporate volunteering for several years. In 2017，the consultancy took half a year investigating 78 corporates and 1279 employees，and after a horizontal and vertical comparison，reached 31 conclusions. On the basis of the analysis of these conclusions，some suggestions has been put forward in this report.
