This paper can be divided into three perspectives：at the first place，it discusses the unity and integration between the voluntary culture and socialist core values；in the next place，it focuses on the interaction between the voluntary culture and urban spirit in different places；at length，it takes the groups of white collar workers，the old aged，the college students as the object and then it analyzes the guidance and cultivation of voluntary culture to each group's life style.
