本报告旨在了解人力资源服务企业在2016年的总体经营状况,研究人力资源服务企业在新的市场环境下以创新求发展的情况,探寻“营改增”对人力资源服务企业的影响,本报告依据中国对外服务工作行业协会对所属部分会员单位2016年度经营情况的统计和相关问卷调查的结果,从总体情况、各主要业态细分情况的解读等角度对2016年人力资源服务企业的经营情况进行了分析和总结,并对人力资源服务业的发展趋势进行了探讨。
<<In order to learn the general operation of human resources service enterprises in 2016,study the innovation and development of human resources service industry in the new market environment and explore the influence of “transition from business tax to VAT” on the human resources service enterprises,this Report analyzes and summarizes the operation of human resources service enterprises in 2016 in terms of the general situation and major business segmentation on the basis of the statistics of annual operation of some members of China Association of Foreign Service Trades in 2016 and the results of relevant questionnaire,and explores the development trends of the human resources service industry. It should be pointed out that the human resources service enterprises involved in this paper are those traditional human resources service enterprises with main business scope of various off-line human resources-related services.
