“互联网+”正在深刻改变着我国经济社会发展的模式。人力资源服务业作为提供获取开发和配置人力资源等各项服务的产业,已成为我国生产性服务业的重要组成部分,在推动经济转型升级、人才事业发展等方面发挥了重要作用。在“互联网+”浪潮和政策的推动下,人力资源服务机构根据自身的经营特点和优势,做出了一系列尝试,并取得了一些效果。本文结合中国人事科学研究院对全国人力资源服务机构的抽样调查,对“互联网+人力资源服务业”的发展现状与趋势进行了分析。
<<The “Internet Plus” is profoundly changing the pattern of China's economic and social development. As the basis of development and allocation of human resources,the human resources service industry has become an important part of China's production-related service industries and is the key to promoting the economic transformation and upgrading and development of talent. Under the wave and policy of the “Internet Plus”,the human resources service agencies have made a number of attempts based on their own operating characteristics and advantages and achieved certain results. This paper analyzes the current situation and trend of development of “Internet plus human resources service industry” respectively in combination with the sample survey on the national human resources service agencies conducted by the China Academy of Personnel Science.
