    我国人力资源服务市场发展现状分析

    摘要

    2016年,我国人力资源服务市场延续了高速发展趋势,实现了“十三五”良好开局。人力资源服务市场规模持续扩大,人力资源服务业发展质量进一步提升;民营人力资源服务机构增长最快,已成为我国人力资源服务市场的最大主体;人力资源流动配置服务需求得到更好的开发与满足;现场招聘会继续萎缩,网络招聘保持高速发展;劳务派遣业务量近几年迅速下滑后保持稳定,而人力资源外包服务稳步增长;人力资源管理咨询服务等需求持续较快增长;人力资源服务业的从业人员总量增长迅速,从业人员的总体素质也进一步提高;各级政府、研究机构、协会、人力资源服务机构联合举办了一系列研讨、大赛和展览活动,扩大了行业的影响力,加强了业务交流。

    Abstract

    In 2016,China's human resources service industry continued its rapid development and made a good start in the “13th Five-Year Plan”. In general,the human resources service industry continued its expansion in scale and improvement in quality; the private human resources service agencies achieved the fastest growth and has become the largest part in China's human resources service market; the requirements for flow and allocation of human resources were met; the on-site job fairs continued to shrink while the online job fairs maintained a rapid growth; the volume of labor dispatch business kept stable after rapid decline in recent years,while the human resources outsourcing services grew steadily; the human resources management and consultation services kept increasing rapidly; the total number and general quality of employees in the human resources service industry grew rapidly and was improved; and the governments,research institutions,associations and human resources service agencies at each level jointly held a series of group discussion,contest and exhibition activities,which enlarged the industry influence and increased business communication.
