In 2016，China has further deepened the reform in social insurance system with expansion of coverage，increase of compensation，growth of fund scale，enhancement of management and service capacity and improvement of social insurance systems and made a series of achievements in the construction of multilevel and sustainable social security system with full coverage and basic guarantee. However，there are still some problems. This Report introduces the general situation of China's social insurance system in 2016，clarifies the progress of significant reforms in social insurance，summarizes the main problems in social insurance system and proposes the corresponding suggestions.
