China has achieved good results since implement of the professional qualification certificate system in 1994，but a number of problems occurred also. During the critical period of China's professional qualification system reform，the occupational classification ceremony，directory listing system，framework optimization and industry transfer are to be implemented orderly. This Paper briefly introduces the background and current situation of China's professional qualification system reform，systematically analyzes the existing problems and new circumstances and makes a judgment of the future reform trends and directions of the professional qualification system，and finally proposes the corresponding suggestions on the new professional qualification system framework.
