2017年1月，中办、国办联合下发《关于深化职称制度改革的意见》，这标志着新一轮职称制度改革大幕已经拉开，我国职称制度必将迎来新的春天。本文简要回顾了我国职称制度的发展历程，系统分析了本次改革所面临的问题和挑战，最终通过对本次改革的可行性分析，对改革趋势和未来发展提出展望。
<<In January 2017，the General Office of CCCPC and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Suggestions on Deepening the Reform of Professional Title Reform ，marking the beginning of the round of professional title system reform. Then a new start will be made in China's professional title system. This Paper briefly reviews the history of China's professional title system，systematically analyzes the problems and challenges during reform and brings forward the reform trends and future development by means of feasibility study of this reform.
