The present study is about the relationship between the elements of personal personality development and the relationship between marital satisfaction，sexual compatibility，marital exchange，economic arrangement，sexual life，and family relationship. This paper evaluates the influence of different personality elements on the quality of marital life of couples. Through the investigation of the marriage seeking intention of the husband and wife in the face of the marriage problem，we try to observe and analyze the demand of assist for the family relationship. For the future of Beijing residents before marriage and marriage and family relations counseling，solid and improve the family marriage to create a harmonious family to provide basic support.

The questionnaire was used to evaluate the individual personality development factors，and the marriage satisfaction questionnaire and the marriage seeking tendency questionnaire were used. The statistical data were selected by chi-square test，and the t-test or variance analysis And the comparative analysis was carried out. The correlation analysis between the elements of personality development and marriage satisfaction questionnaire，courier questionnaire，personality compatibility questionnaire，sexual life questionnaire，economic arrangement questionnaire and relatives and friends relationship questionnaire were carried out.

In this study，through the questionnaire assessment，to visit the Beijing residents living in 712 people，the final effective inclusion of 634 people.According to the survey，the following conclusions can be drawn：1. There is a correlation between the elements of personality development and the marital quality of husband and wife；2，The relationship between the personality of the husband and wife，There are multiple linear relationships among family elements such as marital satisfaction，sexual compatibility，couples’ exchange，sexual life，economic arrangement，family relationship and so on，that is，through the relevant multiple linear equations，according to the relevant personality development elements The marriage of the elements to make predictions；3. marriage counseling for the evaluation of personality development is of great significance，early personality question counseling with the role of early prevention of marital problems；4. Beijing residents there is a strong marriage needs for help，Which constitutes a potential psychological counseling service market，should be the attention and support of the civil affairs department；5. Marital life in the economic life of the arrangements and sexual life more significant impact on the degree of marriage satisfaction. 6. The level of education in the marriage and marriage affect the economic level and the process of communication between husband and wife is of great significance.
