In order to explore Beijing citizens’ marital quality，we conducted a survey of 1524 citizens. The total score of Beijing citizens’ marital quality is 36.88±7.40. Males scored higher than females. The group with the marriage length of more than 35 years scored significantly higher than other groups. The results are as follows：The marital quality status of Beijing citizens is in good condition. The variables such as marriage ideas，frequency of marital conflict，length of marriage years and satisfaction for the division of household tasks are the important factors of marital quality.
