The purpose of this paper is to explore the self-consciousness of Beijing residents，and make a comprehensive survey of the whole situation of self-consciousness from three aspects：private consciousness，public consciousness and social anxiety. The report analyzes the general characteristics of the three dimensions of self-consciousness and the differences of different demographic variables in different dimensions. The results show that the overall situation of self-consciousness of residents in Beijing is well. The facters of age，marriagement，belieies and work affect the residents’self-consciousness.
