2016 traditional sports，amusement and acrobatics intangible cultural heritage protection added a number of r provincial representative projects and representative inheritors. However，overall increment is less，and is unequal distribution among categories. Additionally，the traditional sports accounted the majority，amusement and acrobatics relatively smaller. The review content is also different between north and south，and the northern provinces take on-legacy projects as the principal thing，and the southern and borderlands are mainly inherited. Non-inheritance education，government-led continue to strengthen，a significant increase in social participation，non-heritage protection awareness greatly improved. Publicity and display，entertainment and acrobatics projects changed the competitive style of high，difficult，beautiful，new elements，to take the popular public and pleasing cultural and artistic form，attracting more young groups of the eye over. In the author’s opinion，the concept and research orientation of traditional sports non-posthumous protection is mainly to persist in the living state inheritance，to define the orientation of the subject，and to adhere to the guidance of folklore. The protection of the non-heritage protection should comply with the needs of the people for the pursuit for a better life，and give full play to a positive role of non-heritage in driving employment，promoting consumption，raising incomes and improving people’s livelihood. Compared with other categories，traditional sports，entertainment and acrobatics are still needed to take the initiative to catch up with and move forward.
