“Social Festival” is one of China’s most ancient and traditional folk festivals. The Tujia people living in the Wuling Mountain area have also inherited the unique folk activities of eating “social meal” which is a unique culture phenomenon and has a unique way of making and eating the meal. When the concept of intangible cultural heritage enjoys popular support，along with Enshi tourism and e-commerce development andfood production technology improvement，Tujia “social meal” is not only the taste of Enshi Tujia people，but also become the traditional food culture of Enshi Tujia nationality.
