“社节”是我国最为古老和传统的民间节庆。聚居于武陵山区的恩施土家族迄今还传承着“社节”吃“社饭”这一独特的民俗活动,并具有独特的制作和食用方式。随着保护非物质文化遗产的理念深入人心,恩施旅游业和电子商务的大力发展,饮食制作技术的改良和发展,恩施土家族“社饭”不仅是恩施土家族人舌尖上的文化,更成为恩施土家族传统饮食文化的一张名片。

The Tujia people living in the Wuling Mountain area have also inherited the unique folk activities of eating “social meal” which is a unique culture phenomenon and has a unique way of making and eating the meal. When the concept of intangible cultural heritage enjoys popular support,along with Enshi tourism and e-commerce development andfood production technology improvement,Tujia “social meal” is not only the taste of Enshi Tujia people,but also become the traditional food culture of Enshi Tujia nationality.
