越南南方平顺省省会藩切市的中心，有一座历史悠久规模宏大的关帝庙，以协天宫、娘娘庙为中心，左右分别是四帮公所、四帮义祠和四福会馆、四福义祠，彰显着华人华社的文化信仰，成为藩切华社的最高代表机构和精神文化活动中心。同时，关圣帝君也受到越南当地各族信众的共同崇奉。在越南华人会馆普遍式微的当今，藩切关帝庙呈现的却是一种强劲向前的趋势和落地生根、枝繁叶茂的兴旺景象。关帝崇拜，已成为藩切全市华、越各族民众的共同崇拜、共同信奉；两年一度的“关圣帝君出游盛会”，获得平顺省和藩切市人委会及有关部门鼎力支持，体现了藩切市华人的信仰，显示了藩切市华人及全体京族人的风俗习惯和信仰，已成为万人空巷的全市性文化节日，成为藩切市最靓丽的文化名片。
<<There is a large-scale Guandi temple with a long history in Phan Thiet，a provincial capital in the south of Vietnam. The temple embodies cultural beliefs of the Chinese community there，and has become the highest representative body，being the spiritual and cultural center for the local Chinese community. Though the ethnic Chinese Halls gradually lost their influence in Vietnam，while Guandi temple in Phan Thiet still possesses tremendous strength and strong vitality. The worship of Guandi has been the common belief and faith of both the ethnic Chinese and the Vietnamese in Phan Thiet. Every two years the whole Phan Thiet celebrates Grand Guandi Parade，which has become the new visiting card of the city.
