The Plan of Healthy China 2030 indicated that：“We should take healthy cities，healthy villages and towns as an important starting point for the construction of healthy China…actively promote the integration between health and pension，tourism，the Internet，fitness and leisure，food，spawn the new health industry，the new format，and the new model.” The Shengshi Tianyuan International Health Culture Development Co.，Ltd. in the hinterland of the Dabie Mountains in Yuexi County of Anhui Province planned and developed a livable resort training base project—Tianyuewan hot spring health resort town. After eight years building and nurturing，the development of health industry and promote the masses out of poverty and organic combination，has now developed into a brand reputation，radiation influence，economic and social benefits “healthy cells” project. This paper summarizes the practical situation of the project，with a view to play a leading role in demonstration.
