Based on the analysis of the theoretical evolution and practical development of healthy cities both at home and abroad，this report summarizes the successful experiences and problems of healthy city construction in China，learn from international experience，seeking common strategic guidance framework，break in operation mechanism，the source of funds，equity in health，health indicators and evaluation system of city construction making the development path，improve the policy design value orientation to the health，realize the conversion from single to multiple health policy objectives of health policy priority.
