The Belt and Road Initiative has entered the stage of practical operation，which may have great influences on the economic and social systems of more than 60 countries. It is a significant opportunity for China to witness the transformation of the world economy，which requires a clear awareness of this field and the completion of the professionalization process. This paper chooses two host countries as examples—Thailand and Kazakhstan when discussing about the issue of national development. The solution is that it is necessary to establish an ecological system，promote the transnational cooperation at the enterprise level，promote the development of project follow and formulate new laws，regulations and alternative measures，requiring have proper project management methods or have skills related to stakeholder engagement，internationalization，knowledge management and cross culture management.
