Combined with the management value evaluation system，this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the management development of China in 2016-2017 through expert and entrepreneur interviews，case tracking studies，statistical analysis of data，professional media monitoring and other research methods. On the basis of these，Person of the Year，organizations and cases with great value of Chinese management are screened out，displaying the basic situation of China’s management development in 2016-2017.
