本文的目的是明确目前北京市老年人的生活方式、体质现状,并探讨规律、提出相应的对策及建议,旨在为“大健康”理念下的老年人体质的改善提供有益的数据参考和支持方法。研究结果显示:因北京市经济条件较发达、医疗水平较高、老年人本身文化水平相对较高,交通方式、工作、体力活动、体育锻炼等表现出相应的特点,身体形态的保持较好,身体机能、身体素质均较好。本文建议,在老龄化加剧的时代,加强老年人健身科学指导,开发针对老年人的体育锻炼活动和项目,研制防治不同慢性病的个性化的运动处方,都是关注老年人科学健身的有效手段。
<<The Objective of this paper is to clarify current life style and physical condition of the elderly in Beijing,and meanwhile discusses the law in order to put forward some corresponding measures or suggestions.Under the concept of “big health”,the paper aims to provide useful data for reference and supported methods for the improvements of their physical fitness.The research shows:Due to relatively developed economic conditions and the higher level of medical treatment in Beijing,also the elderly's better educational degree and corresponding characteristics showed in transportation,work,physical activity and physical exercise,the old age group could remain good body figure,and their physical functions and physical fitness are in better condition.Suggestions:In the era of rapidly aging,effective methods used to concern about the elderly's scientific exercise include strengthening scientific guidance to the elderly's physical exercise,exploring physical activities and projects for them and inventing personalized exercise prescription for preventing different chronic diseases.
