构建北京市就业质量水平评价指标体系，并拟合就业质量水平指数，使用熵值法测算2006～2015年的指数值，发现北京市就业质量水平呈现“上升趋势的W形”。得益于工作安全性、就业稳定性和收入保障性，全市就业质量水平较高，且背离经济形势呈现“福利刚性”特点。目前，北京市就业仍有“质量问题”，应进一步完善政策，促进职工体面劳动、全面发展。
<<Construct a series of indexes system of Beijing's employment quality and then form an employment quality index（EQI），this paper utilizes entropy method to compute Beijing's EQI from 2006 to 2015.It finds that Beijing's employment quality is been improving largely.Benefit from job security，employment stability and earning security，Beijing's employment quality is comparatively on high level and presents the characteristics of “rigid welfare”.Nowadays，Beijing's employment also in poor qualities.Hence，it's vital to improve the employment policies so as to promote the decent work of workers as well as comprehensive development.
