In the context of the aging and floating of the population in China，the mental health problems of internal migrant elderly were rapidly increasing，for they couldn't cope with the great changes in social environment and social relationship.This study would analyze the status of mental health and its influencing factors and get a series of strategies and suggestions of social capital for improving the health status of internal migrant elderly，in order to provide evidences and ideas for dealing with mental health problems of elderly in China.
