Investment and financing of the cultural industry is the booster to promote the healthy development of the cultural industry，as well as the incubator to promote the combination of capital operation and cultural industry.At present，with the rapid development of investment and financing in Hubei Province，on the one hand，it has shown its own characteristics，such as the diversified patterns of financing and the continuous improvement of the technological content of the financing products；on the other hand，it has shown some problems，such as poor financing channels，the lack of investment and financing scale，and insufficient utilization of foreign capital，etc.，which have affected the development of Hubei cultural industry.The reasons for such contradictions are the imperfect market mechanism and the imperfect industrial policies.Therefore，it is proposed that the “invisible hand” of the market should be combined with the “tangible hand” of the government to jointly solve the bottleneck problem of Hubei cultural industry investment and financing.
