At present，it is the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and also a crucial stage of structural reform.This report focuses on the development status of Hubei cultural industry，in order to realize the goal of promoting the cultural industry to be a pillar industry of the national economy.This report builds the evaluation index system of the cultural industry development index，makes statistics based on the development indicators of cultural industries among 17 cities in Hubei Province，and concludes 2015 cultural industry development index in Hubei Province，in order to make an accurate evaluation of the regional cultural industry development level in Hubei Province.
