In recent years，Xiuwu has enhanced the transport service function on the basis of optimizing the road network structure，built a multi-level financial support system by revitalizing the financial resources as the core means，cultivated talent advantage by creating “recruit talent” platform as a breakthrough，strengthened the role of land resources security by developing and protecting land as the key，the basic capacity to support the economic and social development continues to be improved.However，there is also some problems and difficulties that Xiuwu has to face with.In the future，Xiuwu needs to accelerate the transformation of the development concept，to focus on strengthening four key aspects of the basic support capacity，such as transportation，finance，talented person and land，to build a safe，efficient and reasonable basic support system，so that it can provide a solid guarantee to achieve the strategic goal of Xiuwu.
