设立雄安新区是千年大计，是京津冀区域新的增长极，也为京津冀协同发展带来了新的机遇。本报告从雄安新区设立的战略背景和意义出发，对我国的经济政策形势和京津冀协同发展三年来的进展进行了总结，进而明确了未来京津冀协同发展的新格局——北京、通州和雄安“一体两翼”以及新动力——雄安、滨海双轮驱动，在此基础上对雄安新区在未来建设过程中所具有的发展机遇与可能会面临的挑战进行了分析，最后对雄安新区的未来发展路径提出了一些政策建议。
<<The establishment of the Xiong'an New Area is a millennium plan，a new growth pole of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area，and brings new opportunities.This report chose the strategic background and significance of the Xiong'an New Area as the beginning，firstly summarized China's economic policy situation and progress of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area in last three years，then introduced the new pattern made by“one body with two wings”of Beijing，Tongzhou and Xiong'an and new motivation——driving by the “two engines”of Xiong'an and Binhai of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area.Based on this，some challenges and opportunities which may exist in the process of establishment were analyzed.Finally，this report put forward some suggestions for the future development of the Xiong'an New Area.
