This report presents a macro-guidance framework for minimum wage adjustment and uses this framework to conduct a preliminary assessment of the 2016 minimum wage adjustment.The results show that the minimum wage in most areas in 2016 is more coordinated with the local economic and social development indicators；the difference between the actual wage growth rate of the minimum wage and the per capita GDP growth in the same period has narrowed；but the minimum wage standard and the main relevant indicators of coordination There is a large degree of regional differentiation.On the basis of macro-evaluation，the macro-guidance proposal of 2017 minimum wage adjustment is put forward.
