Along with the development of technologies like mobile network and big data,the O2O local daily service sector is expanding rapaidly in China,offering a great number of job opportunities.Due to the needs for efficiency,cost control and risk avoidance,platforms adopt diversified business models and labours models and workers face many social security problems.Through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,case interview,panel discussion method,etc,this paper analyses labour models used by platforms and chanllenges posed to the protection of workers rights.At last,it also puts forward some ideas to protect workers rights.
