China's current labor relations in the field of legislation and labor management,the large,medium,small and micro enterprises are no difference in the way of implementation,under the “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”background,it is difficult to adapt to small and micro enterprise development.In 2016,thanks to the support of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau,the research group to take information system data analysis,sample survey,face to face interviews,horizontal international comparison,etc.analysis of the status of small and micro enterprises in Shanghai.On the basis of the facts,it is pointed out that the micro-enterprise labor relations management service needs to give great attention;the development of micro-micro enterprise is confronted with the dilemma;its micro-labor relationship is different from the characteristics of large and medium-sized enterprises;the difference standard is the common practice of each country,and also provides reference for our country to improve labor legislation.Then,the thesis put forward to such recommendations as improve the small micro-enterprise labor relations management services;improve the legislation to enhance the flexibility of small and small enterprises labor and employment;improve the social security system to reduce the direct costs of small micro-enterprises etc.
