Since the 21st century,the core issues of workplace labor relations management have gradually evolved into the combination and balance of person and organizations,new business formats and new employment forms under the new economy.At the same time,as China's economy has stepped into a “new normal”phase,labor relations also face a series of difficulties and challenges.Therefore,we need to iterate andsublate in theory,innovate and reshape in system,to establish the labor relations governance system with Chinese characteristics:its content includes micro-level enterprise labor relations management(LRM)and public management level labor relations governance(LRG);its basic value judgement is lawful,reasonable and fair;its strategic positioning is to pursue the highest state of enterprise labor relations management.
