China has initially established a multi-level pension system with a large scale and a wide range of multi-stakeholder participation.But in general,China's pension system is still facing a series of challenges,especially in the context of increasing population ageing risk,It is facing long-term supply and demand contradictions.The most prominent challenge is the structural imbalance of the pension system:the pressure on the public pension system is dominant,the supplementary pension system is progressing slowly,so that the adequacy of pension benefits is limited.Besides,It is also facing a series of institutional management difficulties.In response to these challenges,we must fully learn from international experiences and improve the multi-pillar pension system in line with China's national conditions.At the same time,should also pay full attention to the timely delay in full payment of pension age,appropriate to improve the payment of pension years,make sure that the pension payment base is full and improve the pension investment system.
