Reducing overcapacity is the first task of the structural reform of supply-side.Well solving the problem of influenced workers' reemployment is of great significance to completing the task of reducing overcapacity，exploring methods of expanding employment，and maintaining sustained，healthy and steady development of economy and society.This paper firstly studied and determined the present and future employment situation affected by reducing overcapacity，secondly described the present reemployment status of influenced workers，thirdly laid special stress on analyzing the key and difficult problems in their reemployment，and finally proposed the general ideas and policy suggestions of promoting influenced workers' reemployment.
