The current situation of employment in China is generally stable.Urban employment increased，unemployment remained low，the market supply and demand kept dynamic balance，enterprise employment remained stable，the employment college graduates and migrant workers was stable too.From the perspective the current and future，more attention need to pay on the labor market supply and demand weakened，the local unemployment，more difficulty for some people to seek job，more shortage of skilled workers，challenges from new employment forms and new technologies.
