Since the reform and opening,China has promulgated a large number of rural talent and human resources policies which have achieved good results and played extremely important roles in rural development. This article comprehensively reviews the recent promulgation of the government and relevant departments of rural talent and human resources training,motivation,evaluation use,mobile configuration,and education and training policies and major projects,and it also reviewed the effects of policies. On that basis,focusing on the overall objective of rural development,aiming at the outstanding problems for the current,we put forward the rural talent and human resources development policy recommendations of next step. <<
