BRICs which are recently the ones of the fasting growing economies in the world years,are in the similar development stage. While the four countries have their own characteristics in training of vocational and technical personnel. Through comparing the major initiatives and the main challenges of the fiscal and tax policy on training of professional and technical talent with the four nations,this article makes the corresponding recommendations on improving China's fiscal and tax policy about the vocational and technical education,in order to these proposals benefit China's training professional and skilled talent. <<
