Recent years，Jiangsu Province pay high attention to enhance the scientific literacey of all citizens.Through the formulation of the national scientific literacy program，Increasing investment in science popularization，Constructed or reconstructed venues for science popularization，Science popularization in Jiangsu Province' has taken shape of so called “Extensive joint and extensive collaboration”.Although the situation is good，There are still many problems in science popularization in Jiangsu.This article argues that if Jiangsu should vigorously develop science popularization，We need to refer to the experience of Jiangsu's cultural system reform，that mines establish the management mechanism and operation mechanism of science popularization which is compatible with the market economy system.
