By free admission，improving the quality of museum exhibition，strengthening the cultural relics protection and the saving environment of museum，optimizing the museum system，Jiangsu province has been strengthened the social public service function of the museum and improved the quality of the museum.At present，Jiangsu province museum still exists some problems such as unbalanced development，the weak social educational function which need to be change idea.The decision makers should be truly people-oriented to improve the efficiency of museum and maximize the modern educational function of museum.
