工资收入是初次分配的基本构成,也是收入差距产生的重要因素,在谈判工资的理论中企业与雇佣工人之间根据谈判力决定企业剩余的分配。本文通过构建企业、工会以及工会内工人的分配权力函数,讨论了经济个体资源对谈判工资的影响。同时在分配权力函数中引入制度参数,通过可度量的参数表征差异化的分配制度对工人收入的影响。通过模拟分析可以看出,在初次分配过程中强调分配的经济效率对于整体提高工人的工资水平更有效果。
<<Wage,which is the labor price under Walrasian equilibrium,is the primary element in first order distribution process,and also cause the income unbalance.The bargain power is the key to the wage of workers.In this paper we set up a distribution power function of firm owner,labor union and workers to talk about the effect of private resources in wage bargain.It is remarkable that the the different institution parameter cause different distribution result among workers.By the simulation we know that the advanced economic efficiency is helpful to increase the common wages of workers.
