As the phenomenon of cyber-bullying become increasing serious，Japan established the juvenile protection laws and arranged the entang lement behaviors on social network among the scope of regulation. Japan has been hit hard by Internet leaks，with government agencies and economic groups being attacked. To prepare the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games，the Japanese gouemment has been working to Strengthen cgber selurity measures to deal with the possible hacker cottacks.
