With the integration of internet and traditional industries as well as the impact of new technologies and new applications，network security issues are increasingly complex. Network security impact from the internet industry extends to all walks of life，becoming an important part of social and public safety. Internet companies have a strong technical reserves and security applications. They should actively fulfill the responsibility of the main security，participating in cyberspace governance，maintenance of cyberspace security，purification the network environment，which will help to protect the rights and interests of network users significant. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of network ecological environment security and summarizing the practice of internet company security management，this paper builds a network security model from four aspects of platform responsibility，industry cooperation，public responsibility and spatial strategy. This model systematically expounded the concept of network ecological security responsibility. It takes Tencent as an example，describing the internet enterprises at all levels to fulfill the important responsibility for safety.
