With the progress of science and technology in our country，intellectual property plays an increasingly important role in economy，people pay close attention to the intellectual property rights，which is prone to intellectual property social public opinion. Compared with the developed countries，the current system of intellectual property legal system in China is not perfect. Our government should establish a mature mechanism to cope with the intellectual property social public opinion. It is necessary to set up an effective public opinion monitoring early-warning and controlling system，which will improve the satisfaction of the public.
