本文以“罗一笑事件”为例,运用判断抽样的研究方法,分析社会热点事件中的微博舆论传播规律,认为微博舆论的传播分为舆论的爆发、舆论的形成、舆论的消散和舆论的平息四个阶段,并根据不同主体在四个舆论传播阶段的作用,分阶段提出舆论引导的建议与对策。
<<In this paper,we will use the method of judgment-sampling to analyze Luo Yixiao scandal and to study the rule of micro-blogging public opinion in hot spots of society. We think that the spread of public opinion is divided into four stages:the outburst of public opinion,the formation of public opinion,the dissipation of public opinion and the dissolution of public opinion. At last,we will depend on the different subjects offering proposals.
