    雾霾治理与新能源汽车的发展

    摘要

    我国是新兴的汽车工业大国,汽车正处于快速普及过程中。同时,我国也是世界上发展新能源汽车走在前列的国家。2016年,新能源汽车产销量分别达到51。7万辆和50。7万辆,保有量100。4万辆,均超过全球的50%,产业规模世界第一。但是,我国新能源汽车产业同整个汽车工业一样,大而不强,核心技术不过硬,汽车性能欠佳,不仅在国际市场上没有多大竞争力,而且在国内市场上与传统汽车相比也缺乏优势。从总体上说,我国新能源汽车产业仍处于培育期,产业化基础不牢固,还需要国家政策继续加以扶持。未来3~5年,是我国新能源汽车发展的关键时期,应继续坚持纯电驱动战略不动摇,集中力量加强核心技术攻关,重点突破动力电池的瓶颈制约,着力提升纯电动汽车的技术经济性能,并加快推进充电基础设施建设步伐。

    Abstract

    As an emerging big country in automobile industry,China is in the process of car popularization. At the same time,China’s new energy vehicle development is in the forefront of the world. In 2016,the volumes of production and sales of new energy vehicles were more than half one million vehicles,and the holdings of them were beyond one million vehicles,more than 50% of the world’s holdings. However,we must know that the new energy automotive industry is large but not strong:lack of core technology,poor vehicle performance,high cost in manufacturing. New energy vehicles are less competitive in market than traditional cars. The new energy automotive industry is still in the incubation period and in need of national policy support. It is an important stage for new energy vehicles in the future of 3-5 years. China should adhere to the strategy of pure electric drive and focus on strengthening the core technology. The key is to make a breakthrough in the bottleneck of power battery and to improve the performance of pure electric vehicles.
