从2008年开始,中国PM2。5年平均浓度逐渐下降,长三角、珠三角地区的雾霾污染有所缓解,但京津冀仍然是全国雾霾污染最严重的地区。工业结构之所以对雾霾污染产生影响,主要是因为不同行业的能源消耗存在较大差别。基于GWR模型的分析结果显示,工业结构对雾霾污染的影响呈现出显著的空间差异,不同地区雾霾污染受工业结构影响的程度不同,具体受影响的行业也有所不同。对于雾霾污染仍受工业结构影响较大的地区,可以通过优化升级产业结构、提高环境规制强度、改变能源结构以及建立污染性企业退出机制等途径治理雾霾污染。
<<The average concentration of PM2.5 in China has gradually declined from 2008. Smog pollution in the Yangtze river delta and the pearl river delta has eased,but the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region remains the most polluted area in the country. The impact of industrial structure on haze pollution is mainly due to the significant differences of energy consumption in different industries. Based on GWR model,the impact of industrial structure on haze pollution shows significant spatial difference. Different areas of haze pollution are affected by industrial structure,and the specific affected industry is also different. For haze pollution is greatly influenced by industrial structure area,we can control haze pollution through the optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure,increasing the intensity of environmental regulation,changing the energy structure,and establishing the mechanism of polluting enterprises exit way.
