There are some differences between Beijing new town and central city in community population sources，age structure，the type of community and the demand of residents aspects.Now community public service facilities are lower-grade and inconvenience.The need of Residents for education，health，security and entertainment still can not be met.The urbanization communities are even worse.Therefore some suggestions are given such as comprehensive improving planning and construction standards of community public service facilities in new town ，demand-oriented configuration of public service facilities，strengthen residents participation to improve efficiency in the use of community facilities.The optimization of new town community public service facilities is the focal point of improving the quality of new town.
