Through the questionnaire survey of Changping urban residents and community governance，found that urban residents awared of urban community construction and the residents' autonomy needed to be further improved；the initiative of urban community construction and the residents' autonomy needed to be further improved；urban residents to participate in community construction and resident autonomy provide conditions to be further strengthened；the residents of the community the “six building” attention than satisfaction；community residents satisfaction index of the “two committees” work was relatively high；community cadres were urban construction and community inhabitant autonomy backbone.
