In order to understand the grassroots community party organization of public affairs work，the research group of China community development report on the community village in Balizhuang Street area surveyed the residents.This investigation is in accordance with the principle of random sampling to sample，takes the form of questionnaires for residents according to the theme of the answer，and then collect the related information，and the corresponding analysis of survey results.
