“村改居”社区研究的一个共识是，这种新的都市社区普遍存在基础设施和服务短缺以及社区工作者的素质问题。在对D社区的调查中，笔者发现最突出的问题已经发生变化，D社区拥有良好的环境、设施和具有管理经验的工作人员，但是它也面临一些新的问题：首先，社区服务过程中的“简单化”视角使社区工作者缺乏对社区居民日常生活复杂性的认识和同情；其次，基于“城市—乡村”二元对立逻辑，社区工作人员忽视人们日常生活因巨大变化所产生的代价与适应问题，忽视了传统文化与集体记忆有助于形成社区认同。“村改居”的社区治理应该从提供社区服务转向社区营造，思考如何基于传统文化形成新的社区认同与社区文化。
<<There are a consensus in research of the urban community changed from rural community，i.e.which lacks basic establishment and services，inclusive of needs to to make community workers quality and work ability.During researching D community，we find out that the problem is changing.D community have very good establishment and community worker possessing management experience.New problems have been emerging.Firstly，community workers could not understand complexity in daily life based on simplification perspective.Secondly，from “urban-village” dualism，they ignore lots of costs during radical change，traditional culture and social memory contributing to make community identity.Finally，community governance should think how to make community identity and culture by means of traditional culture and collective memory，shifting from providing services to building community.
