The evaluation system of green community construction can not only change the connotation of green community into operational target，but also be an important tool for community ecological construction and management.In this paper，the connotation and characteristics of green community based on the three system of community green system，green environment，green culture dimension，constructs the evaluation system of green community construction includes 7 criteria layers and 22 indicators and corresponding standards，will be more targeted to clear green community construction priority areas of action，so as to the community the basic unit of the society and promote the sustainable development of green city.
